- My experience and expertise is mainly with wire puzzles. I have been designing, making and marketing them for most of my life. If you are not familiar with wire puzzles, you've come to the right place. Wire puzzles are based on topology, Topology is that branch of math that deals with surfaces and shapes. It has been called noodle geometry. You can twist and bend, loop and turn and as long as you don't break any surfaces you haven't changed any of the properties of the shape. I guess that's why they call it noodle geometry. I must have a natural knack for it since even after forty years I'm still coming up with new ideas. Puzzles are also great for teaching things like abstract reasoning and spatial relations. You know all that good thinking outside the box kinda stuff that keeps our minds sharp. This blog will deal with all types of puzzles. I want to make it fun and enlightening. I welcome your ideas and suggestions.
